OUR VENUE
Welcome to our restaurant, one of the most unique settings and dining experiences in Dublin. Located in Dublin Docklands, a mere 10 minutes from the city centre, and tucked away in the 200-year-old vaulted CHQ building, formerly known as Stack A, our restaurant is an architectural masterpiece in its own right.
The layout of the alcoves, each separated by centenary brick, stone walls and arches, makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and cosy setting. This is a destination not to be missed, whether entertaining clients or celebrating family occasions.
OUR FOOD
Our dishes are influenced by our journeys around the world, childhood memories and seasonal changes. They are crafted using locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality, with a lot of care, and respect, for the environment that sustains us and the suppliers that share our hands-on approach. This is where the old and favourite flavours meet contemporary, Irish ingredients, in a smart casual restaurant suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings or larger groups.
OUR DRINK
There is always something brewing here, from ideas to beers and awesome coffee. Our Sommelier has gone to great lengths to source an extensive wine selection, combined with the biggest and best beer and spirits list in the city.
THE URBAN EXPERIENCE
Our restaurant is one of the many experiences within the Urban Brewing Experience, with our guests coming from all over the world for Brewery Tours, Taps and Tapas, Beer or Wine Tastings or simply spending the day people-watching in our sunny Hop Garden.
